George, the Orc Barista: Yirgacheffe
George, the orc barista, looked up at his troll customer. He gave a toothy grin and said, “Good morning. How may I help you?”
The troll fidgeted, “What do you suggest?”
George thought for a moment, “Sumatra. It is a full body, robust, with an earthy note and hints of spices and licorice.”
“I’m a troll. I live in a cave in the mountains. I’m tired of earthy anything. Got something with flavor?”
Hearing the troll’s request for something more flavorful, George nodded understandingly. He knew just the proper brew.
“May I suggest our Yirgacheffe then?” he proposed. “Its bright acidity, medium body, and unique flavor notes of berries, wine, and fruit might be just what you’re looking for.”
The troll nodded with enthusiasm.
As George carefully prepared the coffee, he was sure the troll would appreciate the complexity and flavorful punch of the Yirgacheffe. He handed the cup to the troll, who immediately took a sip. The troll sighed with enjoyment.
